CWS Computing was founded by Mac Shaughnessy and Charlie Sibbach because of our frustration with the local availability of affordable computing parts and products. We found it impossible to find a place to buy a normal, non-LED-encrusted, standard fan , without feeling like we had just been to a proctologist. We set out to remedy that situation, and provide a local shop for computer enthusiasts, by computer enthusiasts. Our goal is to provide a local service that can compete with the Internet- except you can get what you need today, not next week. We can't stock everything you can get on the Internet, but we do stock some of everything you need. We know what you need because we've needed it ourselves, and we stock only the best bang for your buck. Products we would be proud to put in our own systems- and do. We also want to provide value-added services that you can't get from the Geek Squad. We wanted to build custom systems for people and add our own professional touch to them, using skills your tech-savvy nephew just doesn't have, and give you a system you'd be proud to take to a LAN party and show off. We also want to offer unique services you won't find anywhere else, such as warranties on custom configurations and system documentation and tracking services.

Coming from a business IT background, we also know what business customers need- an IT infrastructure they don't have to think about. They want the whole thing to Just Work, 24x7x365. They need professional contractors who can come in and share their pride in their place of business, who can install systems that will pay for themselves in increased productivity, and who can leave them knowing everything is still going to be working after they leave.

Location and Hours

CWS Computing is open in the evenings on weekdays, from 3:30 P.M. until we can't stand it anymore, which is no earlier than 8:00 P.M. Call ahead and we'll stick around. Weekend hours are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., but call ahead and you can convince us to stay later.
