All hourly rates are rounded up to the next whole hour unless otherwise noted.

Obscure problems may require research in order to fix. Research time is billed at the normal rate of your desired service level (Standard, Priority, or On-demand). CWS Computing will notify you the moment it looks like your problem will require over an hour of research. At that point you may choose to have us continue the work or stop, after which you will not be billed further. CWS Computing can discuss options with you for fixing very difficult problems.
